Teresa:
I was born and educated in Ireland and then lived in the United States for 18 years. Prior to moving to the United States, I began my business background working in Data Management for a large Insurance Company in Dublin.
My professional background includes; Practice Management for 16 years working with a Multi-Practice Practitioner. This position provided me with the experience in Patient Care and Management, Health Insurance billing, Medico-Legal and Diagnostic (x-ray) reporting, Staff Management, Payroll, Conference and Travel Scheduling. My work involved all aspects of ‘Personal Assistant’ role.
While resident in Upstate New York I was also delighted to be invited to participate in the Dutchess County Health Board Committee on Early Intervention Practices for children with Special Needs. I also trained as a Literacy Volunteer and it gave me immense personal satisfaction to be able to help others that could not read.
Louise and I have almagated our professional backgrounds to provide you with a vast range of administrative services. We look forward to helping you with your business needs.
Louise
My career spans over 25 years. My initial work experience included retail and hospitality, at which a managerial level was accomplished. I then became involved for the next 18 years in the motor trade working for an expanding firm of Vehicle Repair Specialists. My role and main responsibility in this position was bookkeeping and payroll for 80 staff members. I also liaised with accountants, our customers and many insurance companies. I was responsible for the day to day running of the office.
The partners of this firm also built up a large property portfolio and I managed all the lettings of these properties and dealt with tenants directly.
In 2007 I moved for a short time to Glasgow where I worked again in the motor trade for a large Lexus dealership and I oversaw the running of the lease hire of 2000 plus cars across the UK for a client of the dealership.
On my return to Dublin in April 2008 I started work with a large firm of accountants which I found invaluable to my career. I then moved back to the motor trade and worked with the Glencullen Renault Group for seven months on a contract basis before deciding to branch out with Teresa and create Virtual PA Solutions.
It is my aim with our joint experience and vast knowledge from various aspects of business , to help make your business and working life a success as well as easier so that you can stay busy working at what you do best in your business.
